Seemed to work at first . Took me about over 4 weeks to see my melasma fading. There was some redness on the upper cheeks when it worked. But after that I don't see any change. The spots darkened again w some sun exposure and remained. I use the spot cream regularly but seem like there is no active ingredient any more. There is no sign of skin irritation any more. I'm thinking of quitting it
These meds are real. I lost hope and wasted tins of money. In 2 months I see a huge difference. I just thank God for guiding me in this direction. It has been a very long journey of 18yrs.
